
Established for over 20 years as the biggest Carnival party in Brazil, Camarote Salvador embraces the cultural richness of Salvador and chooses the concept “Before the summer ends” for the 2024 edition. Promoted by Premium Entretenimento, the event symbolizes the union between Carnival, the season and the capital of Bahia, connecting revellers to music, experiences and special services.
Conceived in partnership with the Messs agency, the theme conveys the power of the biggest popular festival on the planet and its roots in Bahian soil. Salvador is recognized by UNESCO as the “City of Music” and is one of the main destinations for tourists from all over the world who are looking for fun, want to enjoy the natural beauty and get to know the cultural heritage. The concept is a reminder that the ephemerality of summer is intrinsically linked to the unique experience of Salvador Carnival.
The idea is to highlight the encounters and feelings provided during the celebration, as well as the urgency of enjoying all the experiences and creating unforgettable stories before the end of the hottest season of the year, says Premium Entretenimento's executive director, Luciana Villas-Bôas.
“Everyone who arrives in Salvador says they feel a different energy. Our idea for this year's concept came from this unique feeling that our city breathes. So nothing could be fairer than paying homage, in one fell swoop, to the biggest popular festival on the planet and the capital of Bahia, which represents vitality and celebration, just like Camarote Salvador,” explains Luciana.
The visual identity's main reference is the circle - its shape refers to Salvador's sun meeting the sea at São Marcelo fort. The versatility of the symbol also allows it to be adapted, being used as a flat circle, applied with a gradient or as a stroke. The element can also become a sphere by creating volume, which adds depth to the visual pieces.

To define the color palette, the flame of a candle was used as inspiration, referring to the colors of the sunset, with a touch of passion for the summer heat. It was a strategic decision that seeks to convey the ideas of the concept and have variability. The graphite and off-white tones create elegant contrasts that refer to light and shade. The approach was designed to develop a unique connection with the brand's identity.
Bahia Carnival's biggest shows and differentiated services
In addition to the privileged view of the parade of electric trios on the Barra-Ondina circuit, Camarote Salvador has a structure of more than 10,000 square meters with two stages - Palco Praia and Salvador Club. The party includes rhythms for all tastes, from axé to electronic music, reinforcing the receptivity, plurality and collectivity that are already characteristic of the people of Salvador.
The Beach Stage sets the tone for Salvador's distinctive beach climate and also has the best sea view of Carnival. The space has already become known as the main place for those who want to enjoy the shows of the main attractions on the Brazilian scene. The Salvador Club brings together modernity and innovation - it is the first club in Latin America with immersive audio technology - and hosts big names in national and international electronic music.
